A Philadelphia man pled guilty to charges stemming from an online video rant during which he encouraged residents to take aim at police officers.
Andre Moore, 44, was seen holding a gun during a video rant against the police department posted on YouTube last June.
In the video, Moore called officers in the city's 18th District "a bunch of liars" adding he rejoices "whenever they shoot a cop in Philadelphia."
Throughout the clip apparently filmed by his son, Moore could be seen waving a handgun and instructing viewers to shoot police "Anywhere, head or the heart."
Moore was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, harassment and corruption of minors.
His attorney, Amato Sanita, says Moore "completely recants" statements in the video saying he is embarrassed and very apologetic and never intended for the video to end up on the Internet.
A judge sentenced him to 6-23 months house arrest and three years probation. He may also need to undergo therapy.
The video has since been removed from YouTube.
