Police Search Landfill For Missing Pa. Teen

SALISBURY, Pa. (CBS 3) ― The search for a missing Chester County teen has led investigators to scour through a Pennsylvania landfill.

Detectives searched the Lanchester Landfill in Lancaster County for the body of 16-year-old Aaron Turner. Turner disappeared from his Coatesville home on October 30.

Detectives suspect foul play may have been involved. Turner's mother fears her son may have been murdered.

"I'm looking for answers, I truly believe that there is somebody out there who knows what happened to my son," Angeline Blaylock said.

It is believed evidence, including blood, found inside a Coatesville home near Turner's home led detectives to search the landfill.

"I am fearing the worst, I was led to believe that something bad did happen to my son," Blaylock said.

So far, investigators said nothing definitive has been located during the landfill search, but sources said they could be back at the landfill next week.

If you have any information on Turner's disappearance, you are asked to call 610-384-2300.
