Mom In Custody After Stabbing Young Son

A Montgomery County mother is undergoing a mental health evaluation after allegedly stabbing her 12-year-old son in their Telford apartment Tuesday. The woman's son called police after being stabbed three times in the back at the Telford Green Apartment complex at about 12:15 p.m.

An Allentown man was charged with institutional sexual assault for allegedly having sexual contact with a client at the residential facility where he worked as a counselor. Eric Valenzuela, 41, worked as a counselor at the Step by Step residential facility where he was responsible for the care, transport and protection of clients.
