Well today's tip is going to be with Mangoes coming in from Peru, Brazil, Central America, and South America; there's so many in the markets right now. Did you know that mangoes at one time were seasonal coming in from Mexico from June to maybe August, but you know what? They're available year round now, and right now they're peaking in different parts of the world, so we are getting them with some great quality, which is good, and the prices aren't bad for this time of year; I'm not kidding ya. Last year at this time they were twice as much, and the quality wasn't so good, but you need to select them and store them properly.
