7.3.08 – Family Fest Concert, 7 p.m., Veterans Plaza, It is a free concert as part of the Family Fun Fest which will be held at the Veterans Plaza at 21st and Dune Streets.
7.4.08 – Veterans Plaza Concert, 7 p.m., 21st and Dune Streets 7.4.08 – Swimming races begin at 10 a.m. at the Windrift Hotel, 79th and the beach
7:4.08 – Beach concert from 12-3 p.m. at the 30th Street beach

7.5.08 – Avalon Family Fun Fest and Fireworks, starting at 11 a.m. the Avalon Lions Club will host a Family Picnic outside the Community Hall at 30th and Avalon Avenue. Food, games, music, and more will be provided leading up to the evening events. At 6 p.m. facepainters, magicians, jugglers, a steel band and finally, fireworks at 9 p.m.
