The girlfriend of man charged in the killing of a Philadelphia police officer will serve prison time for helping him evade capture. Thirty-nine-year-old Tonya Stephens was sentenced Thursday to four to eight years for hindering the apprehension of a fugitive and criminal conspiracy.
