Philly Hosts Casting Call For M. Night Movie
PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
Two-thousand people are expected to turn out to Bullies Restaurant (3601 S. Broad Street) at the Wachovia Spectrum from 10AM to 4PM Saturday for their chance to be in M. Night Shyamalan's latest movie "The Last Airbender."
Based on the hugely successful Nickelodeon animated TV series, the film is set in a world where human civilization is divided into four nations: air, water, earth and fire.
Casting directors are looking for soldiers, martial artists, dancers, gymnasts, athletes and families to work as extras.
The casting is open to physically fit men and women ages eighteen to sixty-five as well as boys and girls ages 6 to fifteen years old. All ethnicities are needed.
No experience is necessary, but if cast, the individual must be available from March of 2009 to July of 2009. All positions will be paid.
