Are YOU America's Next Top Model? Apply for Cycle 13!
The CW Philly will be videotaping applicants at Boscov's in Moorestown Mall, Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 11 AM – 2 PM.   The casting call will take place in the second floor auditorium.

Please note that for the first time ever, the show is seeking women who are 5' 7" or UNDER, for Cycle 13.

No purchase is necessary to attend the casting call. You must be a U.S. citizen, female, 18 to 27 years of age, and 5'7" OR UNDER in height. Be sure to bring your completed application and ID. The CW Philly will screen and videotape as many applicants as time permits and submit all materials to AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL for Cycle 13 casting.

In addition to the completed application (including a Release and Waiver signed by you), you should bring the following:
• Three photographs of yourself – one close-up of your face, one full-length photo and one swimsuit photo.
• A photocopy of your U.S. passport and your driver's license. If you do not have these, you may bring a photocopy of your birth certificate and social security card.
• You may also make your own home video and apply directly to the show by mail, following the instructions at cwtv.com.

"AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL"

1. How to Apply:


(a) No purchase necessary. Applicants may download an application (including a release and waiver) from cwphilly.com, fill it out and bring it, along with the required documents and photos, to the casting call at Boscov's in Moorestown Mall on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, from 11 AM to 2 PM. Applicants may also complete applications/release/waiver forms on-site during the casting call hours. Applicants with fully completed applications and required ID will be videotaped ("Audition Tape"), as time permits, and their completed application package sent to AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. Completed application packages require the following: fully filled-out application forms (including signed Release and Waiver), legible photocopies of your United States passport and driver's license OR social security card and birth certificate, an Audition Tape, and three photographs of yourself, each clearly labelled on the back with your name and city code of the city nearest your home (see list below): one close-up of your face, one full-length photograph of your entire (clothed) body, and one full-length photograph of you wearing a swimsuit. One of these photos may be black and white.

The CW Philly will be facilitating the taping of auditions for those that need assistance. Those being taped on-site will have a maximum of two minutes (2:00). If you have a videotape already made, you may drop off your completed application at the casting call or mail in your completed application directly to AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. No representatives from AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL will be present at this event.

(b) The last person is scheduled to be videotaped at 2 PM. Taping of any applicants who may still be in line after 2 PM is not guaranteed. Taping of any applicants who are still completing their applications at that time is not guaranteed. Applicants who are not videotaped by the taping deadline will need to send their completed application, along with a non-returnable VHS Audition Tape, directly to AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL.

(c) You may also send your Completed Application, including the non-returnable VHS Audition Tape to America's Next Top Model by following the instructions at cwtv.com.

(d) The CW Philly is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, postage due, misaddressed, misdirected, illegible or stolen applications and/or Audition Tapes. One (1) Audition Tape per person. The CW Philly will be forwarding completed application packages from the casting call, including Audition Tapes, to AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL for Cycle 13 casting.

(e) All completed application packages, including application forms and Audition Tapes, become the sole property of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL and will not be returned. By submitting an application and/or Audition Tape, each applicant agrees to abide by these rules, and warrants and represents that her application form and Audition Tape is her original work.

(f) Applicants will abide by all rules as posted on the cwphilly.com and cwtv.com websites.

(g) Applicants should read complete rules as posted on-line.


2. Eligibility:


1. The audition is open to females, age 18 to 27 at the time of application, who are legal U.S. residents living in the United States. Employees, officers, directors and agents of CBS Corp., the CW network, Right Brain Entertainment, Inc., Ten By Ten Entertainment, Bankable Productions Inc., Anisa Productions, Inc., Pottle Productions, Inc.,and/or any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors or agents are not eligible to be contestants on AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL or participate in the application process.
