9 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of West 4th Street on
reports of shots being fired in the area. When officers arrived, they
were told a man was inside of a home and possibly shooting the
residents. </p>

Officials said a 35-year-old Kent County woman died Thursday morning. State

chronic, underlying health conditions. She had been hospitalized on
Oct. 12 but was later transferred to a medical facility in Maryland,
where she died.</p>

T. Washington, 23, was indicted by a New Castle County Grand Jury on
Monday and was officially charged with the murders of Amin Guy, 31, and
Francis Leighton, 38. Both men were gunned down while sitting in a car
on the 700 block of E. 10th Street in Newark.</p>
