New Castle County Police have arrested a man on multiple counts of indecent exposure in an apartment complex in Bear.

Samuel J. Riley, 67, a resident of the Christiana Village Apartments was arrested Sunday afternoon at his home and charged with four counts of indecent exposure.

County police began investigating Riley after a Saturday report of a man exposing himself to passing residents. Upon arriving officers contacted the reported victim and decided to conduct an undercover investigation.

When no indecent conduct was discovered during the investigation, county officers contacted several neighbors in the apartment complex who reported seeing Riley exposing himself, one such neighbor who was "fed up and distraught" captured Riley's actions on videotape.

Riley is currently being held at police headquarters where he is awaiting arraignment.
