Are you getting ready to make out your weekly grocery list? Your Money Team wants to help you find the best bargains.
3 On Your Side's Jim Donovan scanned this week's circulars to check out some of the best sales.
That's right, if you shop smart, you can save big. Here's a look at some of the deals we found this week.
Starting Friday at Pathmark, sugar sweet large cantaloupes are just 98 cents each, with a limit of two. 59 ounce containers of Tree Ripe Orange juice are just $1.68 and 14 to 18 ounce bags of assorted varieties of Doritos are $1.99 each.
Shopping at Acme? Beginning Friday, you can pick up 16 to 26 ounce jars of Ragu pasta sauce, two for $3.24. Packs of Acme brand spring water just, $2.77, but you must by three. And select varieties of Breyer's ice cream or Klondike Bars are two for $5.
If you're heading to Genuardi's, check out their mix and match sale. Where items like Betty Crocker cake mix are just 79 cents. A 10 pack of Capri Sun drinks $1.49 and Brown and Serve sausage links or patties, just 49 cents. But you have to buy 10 mix and match items to get the sale price.
Finally, starting Sunday at Shoprite, Chips Ahoy cookies are $1.99, with a limit of four and a pint of fresh blueberries or one pound containers of strawberries are just $1.49 with a limit of two. Also, select varieties of Ronzoni pasta are just 69 cents.
