Six fishermen were lost after the Lady Mary sank off the coast of Cape May on March 24.
U.S. Coast Guard
The Coast Guard will resume its investigation into the sinking of a scallop boat off southern New Jersey that killed six of the seven men aboard.
The probe into the Lady Mary's demise will resume Nov. 2 in Cape May.
A key piece of evidence is likely to be the boat's rudder, which was recovered along with several other items over the summer by divers.
Commercial fishermen who were working in the area when the boat went down on March 24 will also be called to testify.
The Lady Mary sank 60 miles off the coast of Cape May.
