Gender Cocktails: Progressive or Passe?
PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
It's the latest and hippest evidence of the gender divide ... and it exists in a bar menu at
Hotel Sofitel in Philadelphia.
In a brave and bold attempt to customize its concoctions, the hotel has released a "His & Her" cocktail list as part of the regular menu at
La Bourse.
The menu, which begins with "Her" selections, lists cocktails 'Raspberry Muchatini' and 'Peaflower Martini' as female-oriented selections while "His" list includes 'Wild Americano' and 'White Leprechaun Martini.'
Of course, if you'd like to walk on the wild side, feel free to order from either menu!
No one will judge, or at least, that's what they told me.
