2 Syringes Found On Atlantic City Beaches

ATLANTIC CITY (CBS 3) ―

According to the Atlantic City Beach Patrol two syringes were found on the shoreline in front of Boardwalk Hall Wednesday morning.

An Atlantic City lifeguard first noticed a syringe near Iowa Avenue and the beach. Beach officials confirmed that there was no threat to pubic safety and no beach closures were ordered.

Preliminarily it appears these syringes are a not connected to the dental waste located in other municipalities, however the investigation is continuing to ascertain their origin.
