'World Trade Center'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
R. Hetherington - Cape May County, NJ

Yes, we saw the movie last night. I heard crying in the full theater and found myself tearing up as well. It made me very proud of all those who came to the rescue on that tragic day; one American coming to aid of another, from across town to across the country. It is movies like this that need to be played in the history classes at the high schools, less we have a generation who forgets how blessed we are to be Americans and how important it is to support our troops who willing give up their lives so we can be less at risk from terrorists.

I went last night w/my hubby to see the World Trade Center Movie and it is definitely a gotta see one! It was so sad to see somewhat of what they went through. It will definitely bring tears to your eyes and it's very touching. I would rate it a 10 and PLEASE GO SEE IT!

I will not go see the film about the world trade center. first, I don't trust oliver stone to accurately depict anything of historical significance and secondly, I feel that it is way too soon - why do we need a reminder of something that has happened so recently? are we that self-involved that we could forget 9/11? the horror of that day should be ingrained in all of us and we shouldn't require a movie version of that day to "remind" us of what happened. the real events of that day will always be with us.

Hi I would like to share my disgust with this new movie. I happened to see it two weeks ago at a pre release showing and the only reason I stayed was because I went there with friends. 9/11 wasn't about two PAPD members, it was about the entire USA and how we pulled together as brothers and sisters. To make a movie called "World Trade Center" and how it tells the story about two heroes is wrong. There were so many more heroes that day and in the following weeks. Ok I will get off my soapbox here and leave you with this.... God Bless The USA!!!!!
